Allworth CEO Scott Hanson to Speak at DeVoe’s 2020 M&A Succession Summit
Allworth Financial Co-CEO and Co-founder Scott Hanson will be participating in an industry roundtable session with other industry veterans. The session entitled, “Seasoned Acquirers: The Power of Differentiation” will be streamed live on November 10 at 1:00 PM Pacific as part of DeVoe & Company’s 2020 virtual M&A Succession Summit.
Considered one of the RIA industry’s premier events for information and education about mergers, acquisitions, and succession planning, the two-day virtual event will feature dozens of speakers, general sessions, networking opportunities, and expert panels focused on topics such as maximizing valuation, how to structure a deal, succession planning, and even offers attendees the opportunity to meet one-on-one with industry experts.
Scott Hanson, Co-CEO of Barron’s top 50 RIA, Allworth Financial, named in 2020 as one of the top 10 fastest growing RIAs in America by Financial Advisor Magazine, will be presenting on the Summit’s second day. Joining him on the panel will be Chris Boehm, Managing Partner and Co-founder of Cresset Partners and Molly Bennard, Managing Director of M&A for Focus Financial Partners.
“COVID-19 necessitates that the event be virtual this year, but there are several advantages to it,” said Hanson. “DeVoe has had a lot of time to perfect their digital platform, and this not only saves attendees time and money, but will allow them to attend, participate and enjoy the conference from offices, homes, or anywhere that suits them across the globe.”
